Color Samples
If precise color matching is important, we recommend ordering a sample before purchasing your full yardage. Colors may appear differently across screens and photography may not represent the exact shade. Because each ribbon is hand-dyed in small batches, subtle variations in color are natural and part of its unique character.
Our color samples are 1 inch wide x 6 inches long.
Hand-Dyed 100% Silk
Each ribbon is hand-dyed and bias-cut for a soft, elegant finish with the natural character of artisan-dyed silk. Our signature dyeing process creates subtle variations in tone that make each roll distinctive.
Bias-Cut & Beautifully Finished
The bias-cut construction creates a seam approximately every two yards, carefully finished with silk thread for a smooth appearance. The edges naturally soften with use. Orders arrive on a dark vintage-style spool.
Multiple order quantities of the same ribbon width and color will be spooled together in one continuous length on one wood spool. For very large yard orders or for wholesale, ribbon may be sent on our dyeing spools with no wood spools unless requested.
Care: Washable and dry-cleanable.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard USPS shipping can take 5–7 business days, though carrier delays can occasionally occur.
For the fastest and most reliable delivery, we recommend choosing UPS or FedEx at checkout.
Ribbon Returns
Our silk ribbons are hand-dyed in small batches and prepared specifically for each order, so slight variations in color between dye batches are a natural part of the process.
Because each ribbon order is measured and spooled specifically for you, we’re unable to accept ribbon returns unless your order arrives damaged or we made an error.
We’re happy to accept exchanges. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
If you’re matching a specific color, we recommend ordering a sample first. We’re unable to accept returns based on color preference or normal variation between dye batches.
Other Merchandise
Unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Items must be returned unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging. For acrylic styling blocks, the protective brown paper must remain attached.
