Shipping

Orders are processed by Lustre Theory within 1–3 business days and standard shipping can take 5-7 business days, or longer depending on the shipping service you select, within the USA after your order is mailed. 

If you need an item sooner, please select an expedited, shipping option at checkout. We recommend choosing UPS or FedEx if you want to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.

Returns

Please contact us if you experience any issues with your order.

Because our silk ribbons are hand-measured, and custom spooled specifically for each order, we do not accept returns on ribbon unless it arrives damaged.

If you need to ensure a ribbon matches a specific color, we strongly recommend ordering a sample first. We cannot accept returns due to color preference. Website images and photos may vary slightly from true color due to lighting and screen differences.

We do not accept retuns on merchandise that has been used, altered, or damaged. 

All approved returns must be sent back in original condition and in the original packaging. For styling blocks, all protective brown paper must remain attached to each block.

International orders are final and not eligible for return. International customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees. Lustre Theory is not responsible for delays or issues caused by international customs processes.
