Shipping policy

Shipping: We offer Free standard shipping within the Continental United States. Free Shipping Deliveries within the continental US will be sent via USPS standard shipping and should be delivered within three to six business days after processing. Processing by Lustre Theory can take 1-3 business days. If you need an item expedited, please select a faster form of paid shipping upon checkout. 

Returns: You may return your purchase to Lustre Theory within 7 days of receiving the delivery, for exchange or for refund to your credit card account. You are responsible for the cost of shipping back to Lustre Theory and any original fees spent for shipping to you will not be refunded. 

We will not accept merchandise that has used, altered or damaged. Please return everything in the original condition in the packaging and box the item arrived in. If you purchased our styling blocks all the protective brown paper must still be attached to each block.  

International Orders are final and may not be returned. Please be aware that customers are responsible for any and all customs fees due upon delivery of their package, the shipping cost paid is only for carriage, not the customs fees that vary greatly depending on what country you live in.
