Lustre Theory silk ribbons are both washable and dry-cleanable. Due to the bias cut, expect a seam every two yards on the continuous spool. The raw, unfinished edges will naturally soften with use. We finish seams with silk thread to maintain a seamless look throughout the spool.

• Color Variations: Ribbon color may vary slightly. Please order a sample for precise color matching.
• Water Exposure: If you're exposing your silk ribbon to water, like a wedding bouquet with wet flower stems, rinse it before use to prevent dye transfer. For dry application like invitations, this step is not necessary. Gently rinse to remove any excess dye, squeeze out water, and lay flat on a towel to dry, iron flat to avoid wrinkles if you wish. This will not change the color of the ribbon.
